Although Katomi has perfected footwear thievery to a high artform, she still occasionally has difficulties. In this particular instance, she got away with nicking a cute pair of sneakers and a pretty pair of flats from two girls at a coffee shop. But the enraged victims of her thievery turned out to be college track stars, and they quickly gained on Katomi in their pursuit. Katomi had no other option but to jump on her broom and have it take off as quickly as her magic could make it. Too quick, it seems. For Katomi's signature giant hairbow and her striped knee socks seemed to have been left behind! A chastened, and sheepish Katomi had no option but to make a deal with her pursuers. Their shoes for her bow and socks!
