Description This is just an anthro horse, drawn with the assistance of my new anatomy book. There was no pose anything like this in the book. So I sort of had to piece it together from the references I did have. Hence why the anatomy might be off. I am relatively happy with this picture. For less then an hours work it turned out all right.

And I shaded specially so you can’t see his pee-pee, so it doesn’t contain mature content.

Wonderful job, I really like it. The pose is great and you did a good job on the anatomy even thought you say you did not have much reference on a pose like that. The shading is well done and I like the way you did the tail. The light part on the top looks like light is hitting it, which is a cool detail. Kudos. The anatomy book you got, it is like a horse anatomy book or an anthro anatomy book? What's the title? I'm interested in getting a few anatomy books.

thanks

The book is a human anatomy book called 'Atlas of Human Anatomy for the Artist.' by Stephen Rogers Peck. Doesn't have much in the way of poses, but it is really good for learning muscle and bone structure as well as proportions. Which can be more helpful then poses in some cases.

I had the best ref for that leg, so that's probably why I turned out better. And I just had fun with the tail.

thank you, anthro anatomy is hard, especially when you make your anthro more animal then human, that's why mine are all very human.
