Description
This is your average jungle soldier. Whether he be a goon of a South East Asian Warlord or a US G.I. in the jungles of Vietnam, this is your man. Drawing courtesy of Hero Machine 3 program.

Since jungle warfare inevitably bring back the memories of the Vietnam War, his main armament is one of the most famous US weapons of that Era and one of my favorites: the M60 machine gun. It fires 7.62 mm Caliber NATO rounds from a M13 Link ammo belt at a rate of 500–650 rounds/min, with an effective range of 1200 yards. It can fire ball, tracer and armor-piercing rounds. As a backup weapon he also carries a shotgun at his back; notice the second belt of ammo on his chest.

The replacement of his helmet with a headband, sleeveless attire, camouflage trousers are all intended to recreate the image of a trooper dressed to handle the terrible, soggy, rain-saturated, disease-ridden, mosquito infested environment that is the jungles. (and also to appeal to popular image of Jungle fighters).
