That is quite a unique and beautiful shot. It really does look like a tree, and your description of it was very droll. Excellent!

Wow that is amazing. ^_^ What is the scale might I ask? You can never really tell with waves, unless there is a person in the pic, whether it is 2ft or 20ft. xP (If that is a big wave then you certainly are very brave. I wouldn't dare get that close to one of those 30ft crashes =0.....)

Great shot! I love the gradients you seem to often be able to capture in the skies above your beach shots. That alone deserves applause.

I also really like the way you capture breaking waves and water motion. So many people I see are taking the same kind of shot of waves they take for every surfing photo you ever see. Yours are different, I don't know if it is intentional (I'm going to assume it is, though) but you keep showing so many different ways to capture water moving.

This shot is a perfect example of that. The ball of breaking wave looks like milk and candy floss and spiderwebs and messy hair, all simultaneously. Very cool.

What a facinating tree. It must be very rare indeed, or perhaps it's just rare to catch it.

Hmm
