I was going to put the good vs. evil on the top reversed, so that both we're titled good, and both titled bad.. but it wouldnt upload.
Drugs are drugs, but also medicine.
Jelly beans are yummy and colorful, but also can make you fat and unhealthy. [:

lol When I first looked at this, I thought, "Yum, jelly beans. But too much sugar. Evil! Oh, good, vitamin pills. I still need to take mine for the day." Then I looked again, my eyes crossed, my mind reeled, and I began to laugh, and thought, "Ok, jelly beans are definitely good compared to evil drugs." Nice concept, funny.

I love the picture! I love the use of the bright colours in the jelly beans, and the darker gloomy side with the pills.
I don't think the captions are necessary. if anything, I find that they limit the scope of this picture.
Please don't take this as harsh, but I'd like to ask you to think of something else to write, if you keep captions at all, and submit another version (I know the contest rules say you can submit as many pieces as you want, I don't want you to remove this version).
I think that this picture can be thought-provoking.
1) there can be danger present when kids mistake medicine for candy
2) I like the portrayal of good with the innocence suggested by the link with children to candy. and the bright colours. and the clean, light background
3)I like the arangement of the pills, and the dark background
4)Here's where I find more in your picture: I see the good and bad as you divide them. but I also see them reversed. do not many people find candy to be a temptation? bad for someone's health? thereby connected to the evil side? and do not many good people get better with the aid of medicine? thereby connected to good?
perhaps you intended your simple categorizing to provoke questioning. if so, congratulations on your success!

what I mean is that you should leave to the desition of the expectator wheter to clasify
the sweet capsules as good or evil and the drug capsules or medicine as good or evil.

Aw, that's cute. I agree with shinri, though. Maybe you could have mixed the two 'sides' togther somewhhat. Also, I feel like, in order to balance out the round pills, maybe you could have used something like smarties?

but they can also make you sick, which is bad
Candy tastes nice, which is good
But it rots your teeth, which is bad

also jellybeans can give you diabetes, and diabetes is bad kids. Pills can help cure diabetes (someday) and that's good kids.
but pills can also be bad kids so don't go taking all of the ones in your mom's medicine cabinet (besides grandma's are better anyway).

but if you have type 1, jellybeans could raise the blood glucose to quickly get you out of a hypoglycemic episode... which is good
but too many and ya wind up with dka and in a diabetic coma... which is bad
