I originally took this photo not knowing what would become of it. I just wanted to try my hand at some macro photography, so I arranged some Jelly Bellies in a blue wine glass and started snapping at various angles. As I was cropping and adding a border to the best picture of the bunch, I got the idea to add a quote to go along with it. One thing lead to another, and before long I found myself constructing a "demotivational" poster, in the same style as the Demotivators at despair.com (which are absolutely hilarious...check 'em out if you need a good laugh). Hope I did it justice.Related content

Sadly, this one is rather true.
Due to a budget shortfall at work, the decision was made to eliminate the section for whom there was little demand at the moment.
The three of us represented the company's brain trust.

I didn't write the quote. I can't even remember where I heard it, but I thought it was really funny. It's pretty much our motto where I work.

Where everyone works, really
The saying is great, the photo almost as good, though for a moment I thought it was breakfast cereal ... maybe my folks ate too much puffed rice *bleah*

That's too funny/sad! It does look like something you'd see hanging in an office or break room...until you actually read it.
I was that red Jelly bean once. I worked somewhere where they kept doing illegal stuff, and I wouldn't shut up about it, and would occasionaly threaten to call State or the Labor Dept...so yeah, they fired me. They were shut down since then though.
The angle on this is really neat, and the wine glass adds just a little color without competing with the Jelly Bellys.
Mostly though, it just makes me want buttered popcorn jelly beans.

I've never been the red jelly bean myself, but where I work we just lost ours this week. They didn't fire him...they just made him want to quit. Pretty much the same thing in my opinion. So now we're all lost and beanless!

When no one knows anything everyone is scared of what others might know. When the organisation knows somebody knows something about something the organisation becomes scared. This results in a reduction of employee morale, which is a very big problem. The most logical solution to such a problem is to remove the offending individual.

Yeah, the bad news is that when the person who knows something leaves the company, chaos ensues because no one knows anything anymore. That makes employee morale even worse.
