Hugh is voiced by Sean Schemmel, the man who voiced Goku. Hugh constantly talks about unleashing his rage. So, I put 2 and 2 together, and voila! Hugh's rage is unleashed, and he has become a Super Saiyan!Hope you like it.

Samurott can't deflect the Bone Rush now, and it takes damage.

Goku: Lucario, Finish with AURA BOMB!
*Lucario forms and Aura Sphere, but also infuses it with Ki, making it more powerful*

*The sphere is launched*

Goku: Well I think your Samurott could learn to infuse it's attacks with Ki as well. I could show you, how.
