I'm unsure how much I will be bringing, actually ^_^;; Depends on how long it takes to make my bf an Archer costume. He just asked for one, so my other projects are halting. Anything I make now has to be simple stuff. So little time! I am going to bring the armor for saber (with repairs...needs more epoxy LOL), so hopefully we can meet up for group photos.
What are your cosplay plans? More beautiful stuff I'm sure! OMG Your Dynasty Warriors stuff is T_____T <--- this kind of gorgeous!

OMG My friend is being Archer too! We should totally meet up for a shoot~ What was the stuff you used for the armor again? I want to try it out after seeing your AMAZING armor hohoho
My plans thus far... Artbook Euphemia from Code Geass, Saber Lily, Polom from FF4 (second game??), and Rukia from Bleach haha. Ahhh I'm going to bring back more Dynasty Warriors next year! Are you going to Fanime next year? Are you based in Socal or Norcal or somewhere else?? 8D

The majority of the armor is Thermoplastic, but for some reason people refer to it as 'Sintra'. It wasn't sold to me as that. They called it PVC Vinyl at plastic store. Apparently people have a hard time finding it, but I'm a NorCal (Sacramento) resident and there are Tap plastics all around here that have it and it's not that expensive! I bought a full sheet, which is cut up into 4 huge pieces and it was less than $60 for all of it.
OOOOOH! Euphie! I wish I was still making my Cornelia T_T It's being pushed back yet again.
I will be @ fanime next year. It's the best con IMO and I'm more local to it. I've always wanted to do a Dynasty Warriors cosplay, so maybe if you are going next year with yours it would be a good time to plan one so I can bug you for group photos

Compound curves are kind of it's downside. If you get it very hot and mold it over something, it is better, but it's not great at it. The plastic also warps. I ended up making a few things out of thick craft foam because it could handle more precise shaping. You may find that you have to use it in combination with other materials like I had to.

I'm leaning towards Yue Ying (from DW6) currently, but I always really liked playing as Zhen Ji when she had a flute...I haven't unlocked her 6 yet, so I'm hesitant. WTF a whip? And Daio Chan's move set? D: I like what I have seen of Yue Ying's costume and think I'd look more convincing as her than Zhen.

I have aim but I am never on it. Still, on the off chance I'm not being the usual recluse, it's maridahhadiram. I'm always trying to be better about logging in ^_^;; I'm on LJ under the same name if you are on there

O___O If you do LuBu , SO YES. LOL! OMG, his costumes are nuts. That's a showcase right there ;_; so much insane armor.
I think you would be such an adorable Sun Shang Xiang, btw :3 Oh, and now she & Yue Ying have bows. I see potential awesome poses possible! I love playing as Sun in 6. She's so fun, and you would be so cute as her!
