Post a tutorial on how you made that. How did you get that retro effect? Do you just do it in PS and work at a low resolution?

What you call 'retro effect' is achieved by upscaling pixel art 2X using a nearest scaling algorithm (that is: no blur artifact is created when scaling). As for drawing the original (not scaled) piece, I used the pencil tool in photoshop... There's not very much to say about it, surely not enough for a tutorial
