Where I grew up we had little snow....it did snow, just not much. It wasn't unitl I was 29 and moved to Vermont before I saw 'real' snow, but even that was disappointing to me....I was in search of major snow.... I lived in southern Vermont; the the rest of Vermont, the area that I lived in was known as 'the banana belt'....hehehehehe not much snow...but damn it got cold....the coldest air temp in the yrs i lived there was minus 35....that was just the air temp..not the wind chill...

OMG really?!thats so awesome but way to cold for me.we never get sonw here, exept on two freak ocasions. . I cant handle the cold. anything below 50 is cold for me, it makes my bones hurt so much..thats why i live here in central AZ.and work in Cali. the summers are murder but God are the sunsets beautiful..

well it is 50 here as i type...bbbrrrrrr it's been in the 80's all week...way tooo warm and now it's 50...i got my wish...LOL I love the cold...

yes indeed, and I do miss those days every so often....the season changes, the leaves, the snow, the cold.....made me feel alive...whereas the constant warm air here makes me feel like it's all but one big summer, which can get pretty boring...

man oh man i wish it were colder than antarctica here...(well not THAT cold, but...) It really kind of sucks having it summer almost yr round....really...it's always hot, you always sweat, and it's sticky and humid. Why did I move here again? ...oh yeah! my dad retired and i moved with them as a 12 yr old would...but wait, I moved to Tallahassee and then Massachussetts and Vermont....oh yeah, my mom got sick and I moved back to help dad out with her......now i am stuck here....for a little while longer anyway.....

when that mountain was populated, the main road was built behind this house....so what was the back yard, where the garage is, is now the front...
