Thanks. Omg, is it wrong that I adore the Image run? It's so violent, and it's impressive when a turtle doesn't get torn apart within an issue. But I love it. I love the gritty art, too.

Grid good,art good, violence good. At the beginning of the series it was pretty solid. up to issue 8. after that the story was very much lagging. the story treatment was terribble, and the exacution of the stories where a little poorly thought through. turning splinter into a bat,turning Donatello into a cyborg, gah. but I won't knock it. it was good for 90's standards. when the 90's comics depicked BIG guns,everything was cybernetic and the woman look like they wher chocking on there chests. sorry i get a little carried away with my turtle knollage. turtles on brain I guess

Yeah, I agree about the story... once Splinter went Bat, it was a little weird. Don as a cyborg... I was horrified at first, but it grew on me. (At least he didn't die right off the bat.) I guess I just really love that the flavor of the series was just so different from the Mirage volumes, so between Mirage and Image (and sometimes even Archie), you can really get anything you want out of TMNT.

How very true,however nothing beats the origanal vol 1 run of the early 80. specailly the kevn and Peter run. I also enjoyed the dreamwave line as well. to bad that one didn't continue past 8 Maybe with this new movie, we will see a new series. Have you seen the trailer [link] . check it out it's very AWSOME!!!!!
