Made this back in September when it was actually still autumn. It's definitely not any more. But maybe it's still relevant to some of you people who don't have winter start at the beginning of October.Made out of brass and copper wire, and leaf-pressed copper sheet.

d'aw, thanks! I've had Mushu since I got an account back in 2004 and never could get myself to change it.
I've sold what.. 2 now? And they were used mostly with costumes, and a tiara for a wedding. But yeah, it's not something you wear on the average day. (BUT YOU SHOULD)

Oh I would love to, I've an unhealthy obsession with most feminine fantasy-like things. (Or I guess you could just call them 'pretties') I agree. There should be a rule somewhere saying you should wear circlets on an average day! lol now I'm determined to find a way to make it work! Hmm..photoshoot idea...

hm, I'd say around 50 or so. I was going to put a stone in it, which would have bumped up the price, but man I didn't want to deal with that.

It's nice a simple, but elegant. I really love it. I wore it with my ren faire ensemble for halloween and tromped around with my friends, tripped over my boots and sang christmas carols. and it stayed on the whole time! I've yet to get a good picture of it. I can't take pictures of myself very well.
Does this one have a back? I mean does it go all the way around like the right picture here [link] ?

no it doesn't have a back. I'VE NEVER THOUGHT OF DOING THAT! That's a fantastic idea. Though, I suppose I'd have to make sure I know the person's head size in order to do it.

If you want you could put a chain around the back and have a clasp so it can be adjustable, I just did that with the one I just made and it worked a treat!
