MORE WACOM fun!!!!This is Turmoil from the cartoon SWAT Kats.
I doodled her because like the title says, " 'cause I CAN!"
LOL!
I've always liked Turmoil as a villain. She was cool! She had an "all girl" crime team! LOL!

"Cry Turmoil" is totally my fave SK eppy. Hands down. And I LOVE Turmoil. Chick villians = win. And she's voiced by Kath Soucie. Even better! You did such a lovely job with her, as always.

She is one of my favorite villians from Swat Kats. But, I am sure that you could figure that out due to my OC. 
I just love how she turned out, that expression is so her. Too bad they never got to use her character again. Along with the fact that she only had a half of an episode.

They WERE going to do a return episode with her. It was scheduled for the...third season if I'm not mistaken. It's listed on Wikipedia. ^__^ MAN, I wish they had put it out!

it helps in a kind of way, i never thought search for infos about the SK on wiki and it was really interesting ! never knew there were canceled episodes and all... that's so bad they stopped the serie that early, it was so good, i remember the first teasers on Cartoon Network i was all excited to discover the new serie coming and when i first saw an episode, i couldn't stop watching ! after school, i ran at home to watch tv ... *childhood...

I know what you mean! Swat Kats was the only reason that I begged my parents to get Cartoon Network...I even went as far to say I'd pay for it myself. It wasn't all that much more expensive, but still. lol. And I SO got hooked after I saw it. Once I realized that Jake sounded like Donatello from the old Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon, there was no turning back. XD

Cartoon Network was free in 93-94 in France, else i'm sure my parents would never had accept to pay just for this
the french SK voices were not very famous, i couldn't hear their voices anywhere else.
