"An Absolutely Twisted Idea."

"Seleia decided to "take a day off" from being the Goddess of Judgement today. Tania and Casey seemed to be pretty hard at work keeping the city in order. Apparently there was a group of Humans also working to help spread the word of the Goddesses. Creating a "Civil" branch of the Enforcer's, known as "The Ministry of Faith and Justice". Together the two branches work to make sure everyone in Light City stays in line with the new societal norms, Seleia and Lucy have dreamt up. All and all, there wasn't much that Seleia needed to do. So she went on her usual walk, making sure to hit areas where there were the most humans. She always got a kick out of watching them all drop what they were doing and collapse to their knees before her. Her dream was for one day the entire World would do so, for now though, Light City will do. Whenever Seleia walked alone she always let her mind wander. Normally coming up with the most sick and twisted things to do to a human imaginable. This wasn't the most absurd idea she's ever had, but it was definitely up there. In her eyes, the idea was simple. Instead of a quick 30 second transformation from Human to Hybrid, what if she could make the process slow and prolonged over time? Like a virus....spreading and unknown change throughout a Human's body until one day, they're no longer Human at all! If it worked, it would be brilliant! A form of punishment perhaps to someone who both doesn't wish to be a Hybrid or doesn't believe in the Goddesses true power. Now all Seleia needed to do was locate a Human worthy of experimenting on. She continued her stroll, walking past countless people on their knees praying. None of them were really worthy in her eyes. As she came up to one of the main roads however, she spotted what she believed to be the perfect subject! A long girl, walking away checking her phone. Seeing her like that reminded Seleia of her time first meeting Lucy, she was also all alone and looking out of place. Seleia was ready to lay her plan into action, she had the Hybrid design all picked out for our unfortunate victim. According to Seleia, she was going to be big! She rose a hand and her eyes began to glow. An orb of energy began to spark from her palm. It was done, if it worked the way Seleia had envisioned then the virus was already inside the girl without her knowledge and was already hard at work at slowly altering her DNA. Tera Reese, the victim in question, was on her way to meet with a few friends when the effects of Seleia's twisted idea began. She was making plans for her weekend, when out of nowhere she came down with an absolutely crushing headache. So it seems the virus begins in the head.....noted."

(Lucy just can't let Seleia be left alone. She does some crazy things when she's not around....)
