as a wildlife and macro photographer i think that this is a deasunt shot. consider using a flash WITH a difuser. (just to take all that brightness out of the spiders fungas) have a look at some wildlife photography pics [link]

these fang have a name, here in mexico to these "fang" its call *queliceros*, queliceros mean exclusively "spider fangs"

Ok I think that's confirmed my spider fear! Great shot - I saw your daily deviation and wondered what a spider's open mouth looked like....and here it is! Impressive, but not pretty.
