YEah those are Usopp tatics alright. As Luffy learned, they are effective. Usopp has a unique talent to understand and the power of dials. As Conis told the Strawhats, that is why people from the Blue seas have such trouble up in the White Seas (besides the trouble adjusting to breathing thinner air...a problem Strwhats didn't have)is that they can't understand and use the dials. Usopp understands and can create new weapons with dials-the Kabuto and Clima-tact.

And Japanese sfx looks way better than if you had used westernstyled sfx. -nods wisely- I need to learn to draw sfx... o-o;
