I suppose you could say how you draw so effortlessly with your tablet. By looking at your meme, the strokes seemed so natural. But meh, I guess this was a weird question.

Oh!! To be honest I was surprised that day too, guess my hand was in a good mood. But TBH drawing is so hard and nerve-wrecking some times D: I cant even! I would recommend you to warm your hand/wrist for a little while before drawing :3 it's a bit annoying but you can see and feel the difference! It's not really a weird question 9w9;; maybe it was because I just woke up and my brain wasn't on English mode yet, Hope that tip helps you!

i usually use the diffuser, sometimes the brush if i have to draw hairs, but..

And I don't really know what are you asking? What program are you using? I use Photoshop, if you mean coloring the draw, what I do is use the brush and add color inside the lines if there's a lineart.
You should look at tutorials if you're new in this~
