James Hetfield, legendary guitarist from metallica. I'm a massive fan of metallica, love there music.How I did it:
I found the image on [link]
I then edited the image in topaz adjust and topaz denoise.
Once I got it the way I wanted, I then spent an hour or so using the dodge and burn tools to bring out the details.
I think it is very similar to the dragan effect. I'm very happy with this submission.
