Larry and Petunia as Pierrot and Pierrette. I got into the Commedia dell'Arte a little before Christmas, and I was going through my collection of sketchbooks yesterday and found a sketch I had done of Larry and Petunia in costume. Today I suddenly got inspired to redraw the pic and color it in, and so here we are. ^_^(I tend to treat Pierrette and Columbine as separate characters, so no unhappy endings for Larry today.

Commedia dell'Arte originated in the 16th century, so, yeah, I would say it is public domain by now.

Glad you liked it! ^_^ You never know who is in which fandom until you post stuff. As to other Veggies as stock characters, it depends upon how successfully I can match them, you know? But thanks for showing interest.

I've done one Commedia show and seen a few. If done well, they can be a lot of fun ~ as both an actor and an audience member.
