I've seen your Captain Falcon cosplay and it was pretty good. I know what you mean about people saying Captain Falcon from F-Zero and smash bros. It's kinda annoying since you never hear people say Link from Zelda and smash bros. They just say from Zelda. Anyway, I think you should definitely cosplay Jody. I've seen someone do it before and it was all right. I also think people would recognize who you are if you do it.

She's so famous in F-Zero series. She's one of the characters from F-Zero (+ Black Shadow, Blood Falcon, Samurai Goroh, Pico and Dr. Stewart) that people should know.

Well, I got the aviator hat at a halloween store and painted the symbol on it and cut a yellow plastic ball in half and super glued them to the sides. I should probably find a replacement though, this thing is wearing out fast. I just got a regular white shirt, cut off the sleeves and I painted the kanji on the front. The vest was actually a brown leather jacket with wool sleeves and I just cut off the sleeves. The rest is just blue dickies pants, bandage tape on the forearms, and an orange piece of cloth for the belt, and round sunglasses.

This was my first and so far only cosplay I ever did. It was pretty simple to put together and for some reason, whenever I wear it at a con I get a small sense of pride knowing i'm the only Goroh there.

And if you do make a goroh cosplay, I suggest you use an aviator hat or something similar looking because, aside from myself, I only seen two other Goroh cosplays and they both just wore a white bandana on their head with the japanese flag on it and to me, it just looks off.

Bah! Of course you'd say that, he's the main character. And plus, with his build, fangirls would swoon over him. Besides, statistically speaking, Goroh's car is better.

Perfect cosplays are hard to do (like me, a short person, ridiculously trying to cosplay Sherlock Holmes...xD; ) but yours is quite awesome, Goroh-muscles or not. XD

Well, I don't think height is much of an issue. As long as you look cool or like the person you're cosplaying as then it shouldn't really matter how tall you are. I'm not really big on cosplaying like some other people I know. Oh, and acting like the character can help too (talking like Holmes sounds like fun).This was the only cosplay I ever atempted and judging from the response that i've got, I guess it was a success. I can't decide who to do next though. Ah well, it'll come when it comes.

Hey, thanks! Yeah, i've seen those failed attempts as well. They say that fat people shouldn't cosplay as thin characters. Well, same goes for scrawny people.

As for the Captain Falcon thing, there's not much we could do. The smash bros. falcon is too ingrained in the minds of the masses. But it's always good to meet people who know the real falcon and the game he's from. Thanks fer being one of those people.

Yeah, but whenever I wear it, I wanna be recognized as Samurai Goroh from F-Zero, not Samurai Goroh the assist trophy from Brawl.Besides, in F-Zero GX you don't see him with a sword except in cutscenes.Although, in F-Zero X his portrait shows him with a katana and a green bag. Meh, i'll think about it.
