Description The Ninth Doctor (Chris Eccelston) and the TARDIS from the British TV Show, Dr Who.

I printed off the signs, but the rest is Pipe Cleaners - had there been only one large sign, I would have attempted making it out of pipe cleaners...But there are signs on all sides, and that probably would have killed me.

The TARDIS is 13 inches high by 7"x7" square and used up all but 4 sticks of my supply of blue pipe cleaners (approximately150). The left door is tied into place because it would otherwise be too unstable. The right door opens inwards to reveal a Medieval Theme back wall (a picture of my Client walking toward a Castle)
Time: 40 hours, or so...

Dr. Who is 9 inches tall and perhaps the only one of my characters that I can turn his head(I don't usually like to play with their necks once I am done because I am afraid that I (or my client) may eventually rip their head right off...).
Time: 30 hours, or so...

Impressive, my sculptures aren't as big but I usually don't need to use anything else but pipe cleaners, and it seems you can do the same.

Thanks,
It was not as easy as I had hoped to make it look like wood panels, and keep all the ends clean and tidy, but I am glad I built it because I learned a new technique, and a whole lot more patience

New techniques are always good, and so helpful one you know them. I'm going through that right now with a beadwork technique - it looks so simple, so of course I keep messing up ... [link]

...No...freaking...way... The Doctor looks so sturdy! Amazing as usual. Where did you get his skin tone? I've been looking for it for awhile but I can't seem to find it.

Thanks. I have learned how to make them pretty stable now. He stands on his own, but I just leaned him against the Booth for the picture(like the reference photo I used of Chris Eccleston...). Also, my camera's facial recognition abilities worked on Dr Who! So my characters' faces are getting better.

The skin tone was called 'flesh', and then the name was changed to 'peach' because not everyone has that colour skin. I bought 2000 sticks before the original Craft Canada(in Halifax, Nova Scotia) went belly up 6 or seven years ago(when Micheals moved into the major Canadian cities and wiped out the best craft store on the planet. Bastards ). I have not seen that colour since...if I ever locate some, I will let everybody know.
