Not giving up is good. And photography's all about messing around! Though it helps to be in the right place at the right time. And I don't think it's 'quite sad,' I think you have a very good eye for shots.

Very nice, I adore the angle. However, I think that the stalk in the lower center area may be too distracting, try cropping that out.

Jesse Lacey is definitly cute.. but I'd have to say that Topher Grace is more adorable. Everytime I see his face I get the urge to "awww..."

excellent, im always trying to find a new way to show something common, great angle. you also managed to capture the grass bending in the wind it looks like, also the sky has great color. ...it all comes together
