So sang the mice when they created Cindarella's dress -tho the stepsisters (bitches) immediately destroyed it, and the Fairy Godmother repaired it .

Actually, this is a transformative piece of an old World War II propaganda poster.
When American men were enlisting or being drafted into the war against the Axis Powers, it left a large staffing shortfall in the workplace.
Women were suddenly encouraged to enter the job market and fill positions that had once been mostly male.
The stay-at-home wife and mother became the work-a-day breadwinner, and gave women enormous leverage in the corporate sector.
While the menfolk were shooting the guns, flying the airplanes and dropping the bombs, it was the womenfolk who were in the factories building the guns, planes and bombs! Such are the physics of wartime.
If I could make one slight change to this image, it would be to have Lola grasp the end of her sleeve at the top, to continue rolling it up her arm, rather than grasping the arm itself. The edited version would be a closer parallel to the original poster. Nonetheless, I must compliment the artist on the eye shapes and face construction: very true to Lola Bunny. Add to this the proper "cotton ball" tail, and I'm impressed, Buster. Splendid work.

Yea I know, I based it off the Rosie poster but also a photo I found here on DA. Thats why she isn't grasping her sleeve like in the poster, it's a mix of 2 images. Thanks!
