The waves roll low and slowFish swimming here and there
The current just barely moving the rocks on its floor
Water as far as the eye can see
Moving back and forth between the hills
The shore too far away to jump
As much as Iād like to jump in
I don't want to break the calm
I don't want to disturb the peace
Of the gently moving river
