Great work, it helped me a lot on my own anatomy. I also used the link you provided however there should be a warning with it. The models where wearing skivies in any of the pics I when to and I was a little... surprised. Great references though.

superb...the outer tricep head should tie in a little more to the posterior deltoid, otherwise, everything's nice
