UPDATE 3/24/17: I did it! www.youtube.com/watch?v=JdQpMO…Alright. A few summers ago, I was putting together a server for a couple friends and was dead set on making a wildly awesome home base. A week or two in creative mode finally yielded this rough model of the Energy Vampires' mansion for my own reference and deep-seeded nerd pleasure. Just to make something clear right off the bat: the gardens in this picture are nothing to Two's actual gardens, as the focus of this build was to make a rough reference for the mansion.
Anyway, I'm currently set on making a video tour of this project to post on YouTube! I've never made a recording before, but QuickTime seems easy enough to use, though I have no idea whether it can record my voice.
Just wanted to post this as a little teaser of what's to come! Have fun speculating until I work up the nerve to sit down and do this.

I highly suggest MC Edit for laying out rough shapes! It would have saved me loads of time if I'd known about it when I built this.

Just kidding, though you gave me an idea what the headquarters for "Syndrome Software and Technology" should look like.

Poser and Daz are 3D rendering/sculpting programs. I use them to create my characters because I suck at hand drawing.
As for SST, it's something I created for a fanfic series. In fact most of my stuff on DA is from that setting.

3D sculpting software sounds like a much better option than minecraft for building. I imagine it's very different though.

Yeah, though I don't consider what I do art. Yeah, I can shape and tweak things and even make some basic stuff (like buildings). But when it comes to doing material, textures, and displacement maps for objects and people, I'm still a noob. I'm learning how to craft my own props, but I'm a long way off from creating my own characters via Python or Blender. Poser and DAZ basically provide you "blank" bases that you can mold, sculpt, and tweak.
As for SST and my twisted little fics...I think I might have traumatized the Incredibles fandom. I think I'm one of the few writers over there where I treat Buddy Pine as the crazy and psychotic killer that he is (and he is fun to write when he does show up in my stories).

Yeah, and then you get that one crazed and psychotic villain that just motivates you to write some crazy shit (like Buddy rocking out to "Du Hast" by Rammstein while he's escaping a prison facility that's located out in the ocean somewhere).
Although I toyed with doing a Buzz Lightyear one-shot that centered around Zerg and crew taking two weeks off out of the year for their "Annual Business Retreat" where they basically hold meetings and party for two weeks before going back to being villains (I blame that on an episode I saw where Buzz and crew interrupt Zerg and his crew in the middle of a meeting because they think Zerg is behind the current plot in the episode...and he wasn't). Sadly, never got around to it because I ended up writing my "Interesting Times" (or "War of Angels") 'verse because someone introduced me to a certain RPG and crossed it with The Incredibles.
Now I'm still writing that monstrosity (and it's spinoffs). They just won't die...

It was a server with three players, one who rarely ever came on. We didn't need too much storage. :P I made this as a model of my characters' home first and functional Minecraft base second XD

I've never heard of fight mods! :0 I really only ever used mob and agriculture kinds of mods.
