Many memes are fun wastes of time, and some are actually great exercises. It's really important to think about your influences, and when you lay them out in a group, you can see certain patterns easier. What are those things that you love, that you keep returning to over and over again? Hell, maybe you hate them, but they still stick in your mind and influence your thoughts.
