Before Kosakus quirk manifested, he had normal long, straight, light blue hair, but around his 4th birthday, as his quirk began to manifest, his hair got more and more stiff over time, which made him very conscious about his appearance as the matted hair was unpleasant to look at. As his grandfather from whom he had inherited the quirk had already passed away no one knew how long it would take for the quirk to fully manifest. In the end, this phase of transition lasted about 6 months. During these 6 months Kosaku slowly lost control over his limbs and so his motor skills compared to his peers constantly decreased. It took him quite a while to understand how to control his quirk, resulting in him having to repeat 1st grade.
Up until then he had always viewed his quirk as a handicap, but when playing around with the class' bunny, he accidently attached one of his wires to the class' very shy bunny, which resulted in the poor pet freezing and being unable to move. This for the first time made him popular around his peers as many of them never had the chance to pet the bunny without being scratched. Thrilled to finally be the center of positive attention he continued training his quirk on smaller animals in secret. After just a couple of weeks, he was able to make the bunny do flips, rolls and other smaller tricks. When he got into 3rd grade, his mother assigned him in a ballet class, as she fought, that dancing would be a good chance for him to gain more body control. As he had already trained on a lot of animals, he learned rather quickly, resulting in him getting the main rolls in public performances. It was at one of these performances when he got noticed by a modelling agency. The attention seeking Kosaku was thrilled by this opportunity, so he started modelling after school. The only reason he signed in Seiai Academy was because he thought that after working as a hero for 2-3 years, he'd get even more modelling jobs as heroes are super popular in general.
Quirk: wire hair
His hair is the main part of his neurological system. It's neccessary for him to control his body or boosts up certain parts. His energy doesn't miracly increases though as much as it shifts from one part of his body to another. If there are no wires attached to some part of limb, he can't control it anymore. It basicly becomes a useless piece of flesh and bones. Unattached parts don't respond to any type of sensation. He can control either limbs of humans (any kind of bigger organic being) or smaller creatures.
