Description
This is actually based on the Main Villain from the Manaphy Movie:"Pokemon Rangers and the Temple of the Sea" Phantom the Pirate, who despite his name does not use Ghost Pokemon even though that would have been pretty cool, a Pirate with a Ghost Pokemon Crew...Instead he had a Chatot named Casey cause of course a Pirate with a Parrot but the rest of his team were Bug type pokemon so I decided to run with that and make him a Pinsir Armorer Artificer which plays in to a twist in the movie where the heroes are surprised how inhumanly strong this old man is and it turns out he actually has a mechanical power-suit underneath his outfit.
