Description
So, awhile back, one of my brothers asked me to draw him a background for the computer and his phone consisting of a Shuckle, a Dewgong, the "Time-Oblivious Slowpoke" and Lord Smugalot the Serperior. He WAS my brother, so I happily accepted it!This is just the basic sketch of it.
