Description: Short, about 5'3 with short messy blonde hair that she often puts into a small ponytail (3 black stripes in her bangs). Bright lime green eyes. She has a thin structure which allows her to be agile and quick, not extremely sturdy but has good stamina. she dresses like a tomboy so she's often mistaken for a young boy (especially since she's very flat-chested). She wears a punky edgy style and almost never wears girly clothes. but might for someone special--

Confident & Aloof: Tarra is confident in herself about a lot of things-- mostly her ability in knowing what's best for her and her others. Or, thinking that at least. Tarra depends a lot on herself, and through being successful (in her eyes at least) she believe's that she knows how to do things the right way without anyone else directing her. She's also kind of full of herself

Sassy: Tarra does not take other peoples crap. Or, she does but she gives them serious attitude about it. Her sassy-ness will vary depending on the person she's interacting with, but she generally has no problems giving sass to people who she doesn't respect. Or just likes to tease.

Stubborn: Doesn't like to take no for an answer, nor does she want to do something if someone tells her to do it even if she might have done it anyways. Mostly self explanatory.

Short Temper & Aggressive: There are a lot of specific triggers that set off her anger, and once those trigger actions happen she losses it pretty quickly. For example: Repetitive questions, annoying pestering, people continuously calling her a "boy wanna-be" or things similar to that. She also gets to be pretty aggressive when she does lose her temper, and acts extremely irrationally. Depending on whos trying to calm her down, it may take some effort.

Superstitious: In this way, she can be a bit gullible. She believes a lot of old wives tales (within some reason), and old traditions and what not. Believes in ghosts, demons the whole shebang.

Backstory:
Tarra had always been the adventurous kind of girl growing up. She grew up in a lower middle class family so most of her entertainment had to be made by herself with little or no cost. This resulted in her going out with the neighborhood boys pulling pranks and going into the woods and exploring. She didn't have many female friends, so she always played with her brother and his friends... leading up to her tomboyish personality and appearance. She wanted to be a part of the gang, and that meant sacrificing her girlishness.

Tarra inherited the trait of nitrogen from her mother, which only showed itself when she was 12 years old. Her parents weren't sure that the trait would be inherited, but a few days after Tarra's 12th birthday, she fell ill violently and quickly. The Nitrogen trait takes different forms within each person, so her parent's weren't sure if this was the trait appearing or if it was a fluke incident. While in the hospital, her conditioned worsened for days, and there was only one exceptionally strange occurrence that her doctors noticed; her temperature was dropping violently. When her temperature hit its lowest, and it seemed that she wouldn't be able to pull through, she miraculously woke up feeling perfectly fine. Tarra reached to hold her parents, but realized upon touching them that she burned their skin with a coldness that resonated in her fingertips. Tarra realized that she had inherited the liquid nitrogen trait.

After becoming aware of the inherited trait, it became harder for Tarra to interact with the people she once called friends. They stayed a distance from her because they were afraid of touching her, or making her angry and then freeze burning them. Tensions grew high in her community, and her nitrogen genes ended up alienating her. She was being teased one day by an older boy, and couldn't take it any longer, and grabbed his arm hard, not letting go until all the nerves and cells were frozen, essentially killing his arm. The community turned on her and began to reject her, even her family (except her brother) and she decided to leave for Hazardous, feeling like she didn't belong anywhere else.

Weapon: Relies on her speed and agility most of other things. Her main strategy is to exhaust her opponent with dodging tactics, but is also strong with her fists, and can deliver damaging blows swiftly when necessary.

Powers: [ Liquid Nitrogen ] Her liquid nitrogen skill is used through her hands and fingertips when she's in combat. When she's in danger, excessively angry or is in combat, the nitrogen boils within her and passes through her arms, releasing at her hands. When incontact, her hands leave cold burns on her opponents, as liquid nitrogen freezes living tissue instantaneously. For longer periods of contact, the burn spreads and causes severe pain and damage to nerves. As a defense mechanism, if she passes out or is severely injured, her body goes into a cold state, and touching any part of her body will result in a cold burn.

The stripes in her hair are actually an accident from when she tried to dye her whole head of hair black, but her mother caught her before she could dye all of her hair.
The reason why she is superstitious is because when she was really young, her brother and his friends told her an old wives tale they made up and set it up so it would look real. Has been superstitious ever since then.
