Personality:
Quiet/reserved- At first. Though he is quiet when you first meet him, he is not afraid to say what he thinks. He is very blunt when it comes down to it, but if you saw him in a crowd, he would be the type of person to be in a corner and keeping to himself.
Opinionated- And very judgmental. He doesn't have any fear of what people think of him, so he doesnt care saying what he thinks, whether it be insulting or praise (which is VERY VERY RARE)
Loyal- Though he is a bit of a harsh person, he is very loyal to those important to him, or deemed worthy of his trust.

History: He grew up in Crag, with his family of Blacksmiths. All of them were incredibly determined, ambitious and driven. They weren't all the same species, but were all prominent members of the dragon community, like himself. Though, unlike the members of his family, he had no desire to be hardworking as driven as they were, at least towards smithing. Stiles didn't know what he wanted to do with his life, but he knew that he couldn't stand smithing. He wasn't the hardest working of individuals, and he knew that being a blacksmith required lots of attention, determination and will. And Stiles lacked almost all of those qualities.

His family created swords and armor for local adventures and helmets and tools for the miners that lived in the area. Their strength as dragons and their common fire abilities made it much easier for his family to succeed in their field. His father (a dragonite) was particularly pushing towards Stiles taking over the business, but Stiles adamantly refused. This lead to a lot of stresses in Stiles life, but he was very good at keeping a stony expression, and keeping the stresses inside.

The only way he eventually came to terms with the pressure his family put on him was when he met Nodoka when they were in school together. Stiles always kept to himself, and Nodoka being friendly and genuinely open and kind, always spent time with him, and tried to keep him company (though he never was very talkative. infact, he was almost always silent). For the longest time, he blatantly ignored her presence, but she would continue talking and talking to him, about everything and anything. He wasn't sure if someone put her up to it, or if she was just crazy weird, but over time, Stiles began talking to Nodoka. Something about her persistence broke through to him, and eventually just followed her around like a lost puppy, because she accepted him, even if he wasnt an ambitious and driven dragon like the rest of his family. He considers Nodoka one of his closest friends, and thinks of her as highly as he would anyone in his family, so he ended up following her to Cove, when she moved there to follow her career path at the shrine. He needed to find a way to make ends meet to live in cove with her, so he became a waiter at one of the local cafes, which didn't require too much effort from him (just like he always wanted).
Stiles is still trying to find out what he wants to do with his life, but in the mean time, he just follows Nodoka around when she works at the shrine.
