Enterprise E was launched in year 2372 - Jean luc picard was chosen as Commanding Officer after destroying his previous ship - Enterprise-D (class Galaxy), ship fought in sector 001, thanks to time virus Enterprise travelled to year 2063 , where borgs tryed stop humans from trying to do first contact with Vuulcans. At the end the plan and thread of borgs was eliminated and ship returned to year 2373. (Movie - First Contact)

Two years later the Ship was sent to diplomatic mission , where Crew of Enterprise stopped voilent recolonisation of Planet Ba'ku, thank to this goes to cinflict with matthew Dougherty. Commander Riker at the end persuaded coucil about senselessness of this act. (Movie - Insurrection)

In year 2379 was ship heavyly damaged during defence of Earth against Remans and theirs Battleship Scimitar , that tryed wipe out entire life on Earth. Thanks to Data's sacrifice the Scimitar was destroyed by ramming , then Enterprise was salvaged to docs for extensive repairs. (Star trek X - Nemesis)
