In which Sans caves.
I'm actually not very fond of that first panel at all. I don't know why. Checking his proportions, Sans features are fine, but they seem off to me and I can't figure out why. But oh well. It's not terrible and I can't faf around with it forever. Besides I rather like the rest of the page. Which is funny, because it's one of the simpler pages so far.

There is a theory that sans knew about Chara and Asriel's plan to go out get souls, but they made him promise not to tell anyone, and that's how he ended up not making promises.

I actually like this one's simplicity~ it makes Sans's range of emotional expressions stand out more than they might with a detailed background n' stuff ;w;

To be honest, if he had made the promise to ANYONE else besides Toriel that's probably exactly what would've happened X'D well.... maybe is he made the promise to Papyrus he'd carry through with it.... maybe.... he tends to be more over-protective than honest with Papyrus.

Sans also reveals in the game that he hates making promises. So he's a little unsettled by doing so here.
