Description "I'm home, Yao. I'm finally home."

Gosh this is a first for a proper pairing piece~ Haha it's a little surprise for a friend of mine. And to her: I HOPE YOU LIKE IT

I'm not sure if I was making this an AU or not. I completely forgot. Probably. Maybe. It could have been an excuse to draw one of my OTPs... *shot*
I'm interested as to what you fellow viewers think~
Now that I'm thinking of it, first time drawing Ivan and well he's very nice to draw! Yao was just being unreasonable and well I'm not quite as happy with him.

Take my fail sunflowers and I hope you like it!
Off to go work on some FrUK and or Spamano. Haha~ Probably might even finish it this month.

I do both, although, it's extremely hard for me to find the latest strips of the manga since there's no specific site to read them, or at least, none I have found. I randomly find some of the new ones on tumblr, if ever

i really like the sunflowers in teh background ~ they seamlessly fit into the composition!the lines are not too thick and not too thin.

I don't like these two as a pairing (I see them as a kind of weird friendship because Russia's mind has snapped and he's messed up, so he doesn't even know the meaning of "friendship"). But I can still see it through non-shipping goggles and it's very sweet.

It's like Yao was worried about Russia all those times he went out to fight in the Cold War, but now that he's come back it's the sweetest moment ever.

It's a heartwarming picture. :3 It really shows their bond and their emotions.

"I... I was so scared you'd never come back, aru..."
"Ah, don't worry! I'm home now. For a very long time."

That is an interesting concept~ I admit, I'm very on/off about this pairing depending on how they're depicted
Probably why I do not draw them very much

Anyways, glad you picked up the atmosphere I wanted to produce! Although I'm such an angst fan, I had to give me a sweet moment. Then again, the way I draw characters probably doesn't really portray their canon character at all. Make them too serious sometimes~

Hahaha oh Ivan~ Would you believe it or not, this was the first time drawing him. I've only ever drawn him once. I ought to draw him more really. except everything else gets in the way. :/
He is quite masculine yet childish in canon isn't he?
