Depends on where you live. I live near a fire station as it is just down the block and not too far from a hospital. Paying for it on the other hand.....

I live in America and having had to call an ambulance once for my grandmother who had a seizure I can testify that this is very much true.

The pizza only gets there faster is because the people driving the ambulance take their sweet prΓ©cis time while the pizza delivery people worry about getting a bigger tip.
