Description
After preordering my collector edition of Rogue I needed to draw Shay :3I don't know why but I thought he would look good on a piece of paper so I tried myself on traditional art, something I haven't done for a long time.
I underestimated how hard it is and especially how long it takes. But now I am pretty happy how it tuned out and I cant wait till my 3 litographs show up so they can take their place beside him C:
btw, the story trailer of Rogue is so amazing!

und wow, ich bin so beeindruckt! die ganzen details und falten und ahhh...
wie kannst du so viele details rein packen? wie groß ist das bild? nur A4 oder?
wow, an dem bild ist echt alles perfekt. die anatomie ist auch super gut und sein gesicht erst.... ich will viel mehr von dir in traditionell sehen!!

ja das is A4 groß, eigentlich wollt ich das nur mal probieren und dachte ich bin in 1-2 stunden fertig :'D
naja aber ich werd dann immer so perfektionistisch, wobei das bei der größe teilweise wirklich ein gefuzel war.
besonders schwer hab ich mir damit getan die grautöne richtig einzuschätzen, also dass das ganze auch wirklich tief wirkt.
aber wenns dir gfallt dann kann ich zufrieden damit sein

haha yeah but it's one thing to create a character on a sheet of paper and another to draw with the help of a reference.
In the end it was a lot like digital drawing, just with pure adrenalin cause you can't really use the return button

Wow....the detail is absolutely amazing! The amount of patience you must have, and the skill involved in doing something that effectively has no way to undo what has been done... I more than salute you on this, c0n, it's stunning!

Ja es hat schon ziemlich viel Zeit in Anspruch genommen, hab jetzt auch Rückenschmerzen vom komisch über den Tisch lehnen haha
und man muss sich zamreißen wirklich auf jedes Detail zu achten weils sonst schnell mal hingfetzt ausschaut, ganz zu schweigen davon dass dieser Graphitstift fast unmöglich auszuradieren is

Ja der Mantel is hammer, ich liebe überhaupt die Outfits aller Protagonisten in AC, die sind so detailreich und episch

Jaaaa... Das glaub ich dir
An diesen Details scheitere ich meistens... dann sehen meine Charaktere so... leer und unfertig aus, aber mir gehn auch sehr schnell die Ideen für mehr Details aus.
Graphitstifte... so schön, aber so böse
Und Mäntel sind einfach in jeder Hinsicht klasse, jeder Kerl sieht mit nem Mantel episch, eindrucksvoll und geheimnisvoll aus :3
