It's the middle of the night. Istrill (rogue in black) and Javine (sorceress in red) were led into the basement of their thieves guild, where their fate is to be decided.
Being sent on an important task, both of them were to ambitious to work together and have failed. It was not the first time and their principal has finally gotten wearied of their insubordination.
Though everything is prepared for worst, guild leader has not decided yet. Two outcomes are now possible.
It might be a mere punishment, to show those two what will happen if they fail again. In other case, those who are no longer desired in the guild (one or both of them) will meet their end on the noose.

I like to think that the nooses are rigged so that the loop detaches from the rope supporting it if any weight is put on it, such as a person's weight. That way the ladies are safe. In other words, it is a fake hanging, but the ladies don't know it.
So, once they are standing on the stools, the hangman can have some fun with these lovely ladies. He fondles them and pleasures them with foreplay. With a short skirt on one, and a slit skirt on the other, the sensitive parts of both ladies are accessible.
The ladies however, still think they risk being hanged, so they must be still. More than that, they must resist having an orgasm, since if they suddenly get weak in the knees, they will likely lose their balance and start to swing. So they just stand there while the hangman enjoys feeling them up. They both should be hanged; then, if someone is to be spared, she/they should be cut from the noose moments before it would be too late. Memories of near-death would more effectively teach the lesson.

My honest opinion I think both should dance their final jig if you catch my drift. Though with the use of magic it might not be so final. But for the sake of choosing I'd go with the rogue seeing as there are other bits involving the deaths of Sorceress'

Istrill should live to die another day. Javine is too dangerous to be aloud to live, for she may seek some kind of revenge being a magic user, while the rogue will learn her lesson and simply attempt to sharpen her skills.

Istrill must live, she is more mysterious then Javine. Also the constrast between the darkness of the dungeon and the red robe of Javine is more interesting for a lighty hanging.
Istrill seem also more dangerous,as I see the hanging is going to be a short drop, death take time with this kind of hanging, when strangling in the noose, there is some times to shout about some malediction... malediction of Istrill are more dangerous then the one of Javine. Don not forget the shackles on Javine\'s ankles for her drop !
If you want, I\'m volunteer in the second noose !

I\'m afraid both nooses are occupied now, though eventually one or both of them might not be used. As for the robe, there is going to be a little less clothes on the second picture.
Finally, with maledictions...who knows what both may know. One thing is sure here...it\'s hard to shout something understandable with noose squeezing ones throat.
