It's that time of year again, time to dust off the obscure characters we love and give them the spotlight. I'm looking forward to seeing what you all have to offer this year. Dig deep and find that special character that needs some fanart but has none and have some fun with it. Let's get drawing!

Each year we celebrate the obscure characters that we love so much by getting together and drawing 'em.

The main character from the anime series "Parasol Henbee".

This character is similar to Doraemon and he's able to talk with the animals and everyone love him.

This show aired in Japan on October 1989 - 30 years ago.

While in Israel (my country), it aired on 1992.
