Phillip has always been a bit of a kit at heart, he finds the good times and moments that can lie in memory for years and still bring a smile to one's face. He's very extroverted and cheerful, an exterior shell to hide the scars that are still healing, a way to get thoughts away from himself. He's the life of a party but lacks planning skills. Phillip will leap before he looks, always jumping into things without a strategy, and prefers to fix his mistakes things as he goes, rather than think of how to solve them beforehand. Naturally a risk-taker, it's a way to stimulate himself, rather than for the sheer fun of it. He knows what he is doing and that it is for a reason. He's got a keen eye for change and notices rather small changes in his environment faster than the average tom. He's not careful and tends to get caught in the moment. He's full of passion and energy. While it won't make him a great leader, it makes him a great friend that others can count on to keep them happy for many seasons.

History
A troubled Start/Joining Ice

Phillip (Birth name: Raffaello Philippos) was the only cup in the second litter of Balbus (Bobcat) and Cornelia (Serval). He had two elder siblings who were still living with the family (Aquila and Cato). His father was very strict on his kits, while their mother seemed to approach things with a softer side but nevertheless, they both wanted their kits to survive. Since being in the shadow of his very prodigal older brother, Phillip was pushed hard by his father to live up to his brother Cato. While he could see that they all cared for each other very much the fights that would break out between his parents were less than amusing as it would happen too often. It was enough to drive Aquila out and Cato left the family to look for his sister, they never returned.
This was a sign of betrayal for his father who cared much about family and blood, the frustration of his kits abandoning their small family were carried out onto Phillip, who got to witness the ugly side of it all up close and personal. A small fight had risen to an altercation, to which Balbus struck his son and took his eye, Cornelia left that same day, leaving a badly injured Phillip and an enraged Balbus behind. Phillip stayed a couple more weeks with his father, recovering before he left as well.
He managed to track down his sister Aquila who had made her home in the ice empire. She welcomed him with open paws and invited Phillip to stay with her. He accepted the offer and began to train with her among the gladiators before he eventually became one himself.

The City
Along with his stay, he has met many different cats. He has made friends with many of them as well. He became close friends with Pluto, the Lynx. Everything seemed to be going just fine. Until he decided he was finally old and experienced enough to kill his old man.
He left the empire, leaving his sister and friends, and traced Balbus way into enemy territory, he knew that this could mean life or death, but he couldn't have anyone fall under his father's control again, spare future cubs from his raging claws, future mates from his anger. He found his father, attacking him in his den and ending his life, but he was found out. Captured by the Bounty Hunter Jasper, he was held under lock and key, and currently still is, with a few more scars to remind him, resistance is futile. But all was not lost for Phillip, he had a cellmate named Agamemnon who helped him through the time that he was brought into the coliseum to fight for human entertainment. While he wouldn't see his friend for a good months after being moved to a different facility he was eventually rescued by a Patrol among which was his best friend Pluto, who was the one to get him out of the cage.
A New Chapter
Having returned to the Empire and his home, Phillip once again learned how to be part of his empire with the added bonus of nightmares, a broken heart, and battle scars to tell his story to those he meets. While guarding during the ice empire winter games, Phillip befriended a young Bay cat named Frankie. He liked Frankie and it seemed she liked him back, after some time together -hanging out, patrolling, and hunting- they had a day. Frankie told Phillip that she was expecting cubs, his cubs!! Of course, they were both happy. Right then and there, Phillip vowed that he will be a good father, the best father, A better father than he ever was. On June 30th, he became the father to Shikra, Osprey, Nightingale, and Witch Hazel. He was so happy to be a father, he seemed to be the happiest cat in the world. That day, he also vowed to Frankie that, he will love her forever. He watched his cubs grow up to be strong and lively, with seemingly no care in the world. He was happy, to have been able to give them a cubhood, that he himself, never had.
