Their moral argument begins to dissolve into the ether when you ask if they are doing something similar nationwide for their black on black violence. And it really disappears entirely when you ask if they have a similar aggressive national movement to fight black on white crime.
So basically, the group thinks black lives matter only if a white person is seen as the aggressor. Very racist and narrow in view.
Its simply the latest incarnation of the "stick it to the (white) man" militant activism of the 60s and 70s. MLK would be so ashamed. In his later years it's clear that to him all lives mattered.

As for Martin Luther King jr., MANY, MANY people seem to not understand what he meant when he said, "I look to a day when people will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character." MLK was colorblind, and today he'd be called racist... I wonder when Black Lives Matter will stop on Martin Luther King jr. Day and realize that. They'll probably push to outlaw the holiday. I hear that some are even criticizing MLK jr. for not being "inclusive enough" because he didn't mention LGBT people. ...It's impossible to satisfy these people, so let's stop even trying.
