pencil and colored pencil, if that's what you mean. as for the design, I found a dragon statue online, so I used that as a base model, redesigned it from there, came up with a color scheme and that's the dragon. for the background, I just started with the rock he is on, and designed it from there. whatever popped in my head, really lol
