In the club, snake enthusiasts gather and form different kinds of relationships. Some members are looking for hook-ups, while others seek enduring human connection. The central character in "The Only One" is struggling with the concept of being one more boy in a collection. He is also wrestling with his own past relationship difficulties and fear of having to treat others as "the next one" forever.
