I began this painting as a plein air "on location" at Lightning Lake in Manning park this past summer (2011)
It was my first experience painting on location and I was so fortunate to share it with my mother and my Aunt Nancie who also captured the surrounding beauty in paint. I'm so looking forward to doing more!
