Haha, I only knew cause they have them on sale all the time.
The cake is my go to recipe every time I want a cut-out cake. It's really lovely as the base for desserts and such.

I know what you mean! Weight measurements are much more translatable. I try to covert everything to grams first before posting (though sometimes I do forget).

Yes, in Aus most recipe are in cups, though some of my cook books have both. Aus cup measurements are different to US cups and so it's even more confusing if you don't know what country the recipe is from, so I try to include both when I have a recipe with cups.
I prefer using gram measurements now because it means less dishes. But for liquids cups is easier.
