Each year, around this time...I always make a mousse cake like this, sort of like my family tradition. We reward our hard work for the year (ikr...sounds like an excuse...lol)
I am super busy with my own professional photo shoots currently, I am afraid I do not have enough time to post this recipe! In additional, I generally bake by memories (I do not bake by following a recipe). So...if you wish to make this delicious mousse cake, I recommend YouTube as your go-to resources. Once you learn how to mak a basic strawberry mousse and your basic vanilla cake, you can easily add your own spin on it. For example, I used two berries instead of the tranditional strawberry or raspberry. OR you can easily google a recipe. There are hundreds of them online. In an early bid for a New Years Resolution, I have decided to try and cut back on some of my sugar intake... cause the amount I intake can not be sustained as one ages. Seeing things like this though...
