I got it years ago from adultbabysource.com. they gave me a direct link to the Germany manufacturer so I can purchase it there.if anything just do a search for it. Good luck

Well it's less that and more that I know about the German site where you can get the one pacifier, it's just I wondered if they accept us dollars and ship to the US

They do accept us dollars, and they do ship it here. If you found the site just be sure you can afford it OK

Yeah, the only other thing ABut that sit  is it looked hard to use...the way it was fashioned and how every thing as  in German...
