I, umm, don't see what that has to do with anything... Mayhaps you replied to the wrong comment by accident?

Probably. It's Opera Mini 5 on a 2006 netbook, Windows CE 6. I'm still trying to figure it out with this website!

Poor Kaitlin, this comic is making me realize just how awful it is to be a girl in medieval fantasies.

Yeah, things tend to not go too well for gals in these things. Reality wasn't much better when you think about it; you had heroines like Joan of Arc who got burnt at the stake...
Don't worry too much about Kaitlin, though; she may be meek and bookish, but she's still an Australian gal... she can take care of herself. Besides, things may not be as bad as they seem...

Well, ain't that typical when it comes to heroism and fantasy? ;D

Calamity certainly seems to like the sound of this part, I guess no giant winged hamster can scare him!

Nope, he doesn't scare easy... except that one time at the circus... but that was different: there were clowns...
Ol' Calamity actually has a bad habit of not being afraid of things he probably should be, often leading to a later "Oh, crud" moment.

Not to shatter the 4th wall but I think Professor Platypus was reading your comics again XD He makes a great point too, and not with Calamity's sword either.

There is no fourth wall.
Actually, though, Prof. Platypus knows Calamity has a thing for Kaitlin; he's confided in him in the past.

OH? Do tell, I thought perhaps he popped onto your gallery here and was researching the connection between Calamity and Kaitlin

Erm, I just did tell. Yeah, Calamity's talked to the Prof. about it before. Prof. Platypus actually kind of figured it out first, the only person Calamity's feelings for Kaitlin aren't blatantly obvious to is Kaitlin herself.

Nah, I'm pretty sure he dreamed it up because he's a goofball. I mean, really... it's a giant hamster... with wings...
