Ever seen Blinky Bill and/or Skippy: Adventures in Bushtown? Well, in those Yoram Gross cartoons, Skippy the Bush Kangaroo and Matilda Roo wear pants and Splodge wears overalls. They don't look wonky to me.

Well, gosh! I've been wanting to go to Canada in case Trump won the presidency. It makes me get in a rut so!
And Kaitlin would need swim trunks too, but that's just me.

Canadia, eh? I hear dey got real good bacon up dere, don'cha know.
She's a kangaroo, so she can probably manage without. Besides, do you have any idea how hard it is to find trunks that fit a kangaroo? The proportions are all wonky...
Now finding trunks that fit an elephant, on the other hand...

I must admit, initially I didn't recognize that song, but once it got to the chorus, I recognized it. You're right, very fitting.

I also like the light effect. I couldn't see it very well on the other computer, but here it's very clear.

Thank you. I'm glad you noticed. I'm especially pleased with the lens flare, which is rather subtle and could easily be overlooked on a darker monitor.

I certainly don't envy you in that respect. On the bright side, you probably have mild winters...

I don't really know how to answer this one. They always feel really cold to me, but what if it's one of those things that are relative? Well, we get hail once in a while, that's cold, right?

CalamityKangaroo In reply to TheJenjineer [2011-08-03 15:08:09 +0000 UTC]
Well, hail being ice and all, I'd say it qualifies as cold... though it doesn't have to be cold for it to hail. (It does way up in the atmosphere, of course, but not necessarily down here on ol' terra firmer.)
Of course, Kuwait is a coastal country, so I bet you might get more dynamic weather depending on where in the country you live.

I can certainly agree with that. I don't know how folks ever managed without those things.

Kaitlin is very cute here.
I hope she takes a look at her Ice cream in time before it all drips to the ground from the heat!

I'm sure she'll be glad to hear you think so.
All I know is my ice cream always seems to melt a little and drip before I can prevent it, I guess Kait has the same problem...

I'm about to the point I'd hop in a rowboat and paddle over there. Anything to get out of this crazy heat.
Oh, and thanks for the compliments, especially on the "heat vibes". I played around with lighting and burnt-out the colors trying to get that effect. I'm glad you like it.

Of course, down there you've got to deal with the humidity, too. I don't know which is worse, humidity, or the bone-dry drought we've been having up here...
And thank you, by the way.

Well, that depends on what part of Canada you're in. You're right though, it's been unseasonably warm even up Northways. It wouldn't be so bad if we could just get some moisture, but it's been dryer than Ben Stein's voice around here.

For the past few days though, we've been having a few dozen sudden rainstorms but sometimes it's been raining like a tempest for a good 4 minutes and its gone with the wind!
The sad part is, I work outside in this heat nearly everyday

I'm not, but then I do come from the largest area of Great Britiain, that being England. The Welsh and Scotish may take offense to being called English, I wouldn't blame them. Like me calling someonefrom South Africa, Australian due to the fact they have similar accents.

Thank you, and you're right; drawing idle poses, be it arms or entire bodies can be challenging. It takes a lot of practice and knowledge of anatomy to prevent it from looking dull and boring.
