Description You know her and you love her, don't you???????

i've always wanted to be a mermaid because of her.....now that i think about it, I STILL WANT......

this was the first time i had used acrylics seriously....... i had just started falling in love again,so i had the confidence to experiment.....
I'm really happy with how it turned out in the end....my favourite part is her hair..... SO red.......

wow this is amazing ! did you use colored pencil for her face ? if so its a really cool combo with the acrylic.

Hehe You are quite good, dear!
She was my favourite heroine in my childhood, and then came Pocahontas. My most loved barbie was an arielle-doll too, and my mother painted her and her fish and some others to the corner of my bedroom (It was at least 2 m wide and a bit smaller than 2 meter high, so you can guess how much I loved Arielle. - and my mother after the painting) ) She was sitting on a rock, and her fish-scales were made with a sponge. Mum put the sponge to the paint, and then to the wall, and she made the sponge to turn around itself, leaving a special mark on the wall. It was a good technic. If you ever try to paint, I recommend to try this! ) Maybe I should try acrylics too. i'm a bit shy with them...

I also want to draw Ariel on my wall as well but i am really affraid to do so..... because if i mess up(probably i will...) what will i do with it?????
WOW!your mother's technique sounds like a deep artist's secret to me.... ( ) If i ever dare to paint on my wall be sure i'll try it......

(Sorry, I'm sentimental ) It feels good to read your answers and they make me smile and sometimes laugh (My chins are aching because of keeping them in a smile)

If you make a sketch on the wall, then you can be more-or less sure about not failing. If you fail.. You can simply repaint the room!
Ooor! you can paint a small, 30X30 or less square on the wall. And paint borders too, as if it were a picture put to the wall, not a painting Don't be afraid, if you don't try, you won't fail, but you lose the chance to make you wish come true! (what a common-sentence )
I will bear in mind that you love my stories. I will make sure to tell more, if I comment! And you can also be silly and talkative and cute, if you write for me!
